Association of Human Resource Administration Hanoi
Recently, NIC Human Resource Consulting JSC (NIC) has been honored to sponsor the
Association of Human Resource Administration Hanoi in organizing a HR Offline
event with the topic:
“ Psychological Applications and Tools of
Human Evaluation in HR Recruitment”.
The Association is founded by Mr. Nguyen Hung Cuong who is
very passionate with anything related to HR issues. Although being a young
organization, the Association has gathered a lot of members and held many HR
offline events to bring useful information and value skills shared by successful
persons in HR field to community.

As a leading company in Vietnam which has been
operating for over 10 years in the field
of HR consulting and providing HR outsourcing service to hundreds of local and
global companies, NIC is fully aware of importance of human factor and considers
human is a value assest of any enterprises. Beside doing it’s own business, NIC
always takes care of social activities in which sponsoring this event is also as
a frequent activity in order to support HR organizations, associations or clubs
in delivering and sharing concerned issues in HR field to the public.
The event held on 29 March 2015 at the
Conference Room of NIC Group, 108 Lo Duc street. The organizer expected number
of attendants would be 70-80 people, however, NIC staff had to mobilize
resources to re-arrange the space for a total people of almost 100, it was
really amazing due to the pervasion of the topic with some prestigious speakers
in HR field.

The event was successfully finished after 3 hours with
sharings experience, ideas, discussions and even skits about HR topic. Many
people who have been working in HR field found useful information, skills and
lessons which could be applied in their daily working. Moreover, they also knew
much more about NIC and it’s services offered to the public in which they would
be potential clients in the future.

representative of NIC and the organizer’s members. Mr. Cuong said sincere thanks to NIC in sponsoring them
to hold the event and hoped that other relevant activities could be continuosly
supported in the future.
