- PJT management: understand project’s target and achieve with all members. ensure project timeline and follow process, reporting to customers and doing feedback to members timely.
- Customer management: be a key contact point between customers in Japan and team members in Vietnam; handle all customers requirements; discuss and dealing with all issues raised if any
- Key person in the company: this is the backbone role of the company. We expect this role to handle many teams and lead the company to develop in the future
