- Develope early design proposals based on clients brief and design guidelines.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects that are executed within established deadlines and
budgets.
- Coordinate with the Technical Project Manager and other departments.
- Daily contact with clients in starting meetings, in order to understand their needs.
- Make site visits to check on construction progress.
- Preparation of proposal submissions for clients.
- Produce detailed drawings.
Requirements:
- Graduated Architect with 5 years of working experience.
- High Level of English language is essential, written and spoken.
- International track record of designing new concepts from clients needs.
- Travelling and disposition.
- Autocad 2D/3D
- Photoshop
- Revit (BIM)
- Office
