NIC's client is one of the big size manufacturing company in Bac Giang.
I. Job description
A. Business Development and compliance
Support FM to:
• Identify the business model / process improvement opportunities available
• Participate in the strategic planning, business models and operational execution;
• To develop performance measurement process and metrics to drive and improve bottom line results
• To support daily operational process in alignment with company/ Vietnamese authority’s policy and requirement
B. Financial planning, analysis, cash-flow and capex management:
Support FM to:
• Develop an effective budget for the entire company
• Provide financial analysis of the actual performance and budget and/ or operational plan to support business decision
• Report key financial indicators on timely basis
• Develop and maintain standard cost system; identify and draw management attention to the root causes of manufacturing variations
Be responsible for:
• Cash Flow and working capital planning and management
• CAPEX budget to meet business objectives
• Perform investment appraisal to support business decision on major Capital project
• Capex monthly progressive Report; Monitor capital requirements and monitor project progress and maintain effective control of project expenditures
• Other tasks assigned by FM
C. External audit/ tax audit
• Be able to work with external audit and tax audit.
D. Other ad-hoc assignment by FM
II. Requirement
A) Education & Qualification Requirements
• Have a Bachelor degree in accounting.
• Deeply understanding VAS/ IFRS
• Attempting ACCA exam is preferable
• Computer proficiency
• Good English communication skills.
B) Experience Requirements
• At least 4 years working experience in a management position (in manufacturing field is preferable) or experience as Auditor of Big 4.
C) Behavioural Competency Requirements/Attributes
