Responsibilities:
- Japanese skill: JLPT N2
- Work directly with Board Memebers and Managers on sourcing, evaluating, and closing candidates
- Create and implement staffing strategies
- Constantly improve recruiting processes
- Be knowledgeble, make good relationships with internal members and understand why people should work here
- Manage the existing pipeline of candidates and identify what future opportunities they may be a fit for
- Create strong network within and outside: attend meetups, hackathons and create new communities
Qualifications:
- Good command of Written and Spoken in Japanese (at least N2)
- Smart and hard working.
- Logical thinking
- Able to work independently
- Previous experience in recruiting field preferred
- Person who can share ideas and communicate with anyone.
- Have wide network.
- Excited to maintain and expand your network in IT software field.
