- Job Brief
To develop & implement Credit Control & Finance policy and procedure;
To ensure the department to operate at the highest level of efficiency;
To provide support to the Board of Directors, the Sales Department and Accounting Department;
-Responsibilities
Develop/ Review/ Revise the Credit control Policy & Procedure;
Develop and monitor company-wise and departmental annual budgets and quarterly prospects;
Monitor the performance of AR collection and liaison with managers/senior staff as appropriate regarding major problem accounts;
Undertake customer visits on problematical accounts as and when required;
Review AR aging report on weekly and monthly basis; and other AR related reports on periodical basis;
Propose for AR provision, AR write-off;
Review Sale contract regarding payment condition with the object of minimizing credit risk;
Analyzing financial statements on monthly basis and comparing with its respective budgets to find out critical variances and propose to management for improvements;
Manage banking relationships: including accounts management, credit facilities, bank guarantee and L/C issuance, and investments to ensure to minimize any banking risks and optimize financial investments;
Manage the company’s foreign exchange operations with the object of minimizing risk as regards sales and purchases denominated in foreign currencies, including: monitoring, hedging proposal;
Manage insurance policies to ensure minimizing costs while achieving an appropriate level of cover, including arranging insurance policy and claim.
-Requirements
BA degree or higher, preferably in Finance and accounting;
At least 5 year-experience at similar position;
Fluent at English;
