Job Description:
- Responsible for export shipment, ensure the goods ready for export on time with customer orders
- Responsible for shipment with client’s forwarders for making booking request, shipment schedule, clearance on overseas deliveries
- Compute trucking charge, Detention or Demurrage charge (if have)… Deal with quotes from forwarder, keep tracking forwarder’s debit note
- Making export documents, compile carrier and other relative documents required by customers, Check Bill of lading, checks items to be shipped against work orders to ascertain that quantities, destination, and routing are correct
- Understand the procedures for applying certificates of origin.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years or related experience
- Experience in an international trade industry, familiar with the legal requirements regarding importing and exporting shipments
- Proficient in spoken and written English or Chinese
- Willing to work for the company for long term
- Good communication, work under high pressure, team work Spirit, willing to learn
