Job Description:
- Take responsibility for contract management of customer and supplier contracts
- Act as the focal point for new supplier requests, perform due diligence checks and audits as required
- Support the purchasing function with purchase order administration processes and ensure compliance to policy
Requirements:
- Demonstrable evidence of working in a commercial role within a relevant industry
- Solid understanding of commercial practices, ability to draft contract amendments, contractual letters
- Sound knowledge of contractual terms and conditions
- Proven negotiation skills with customers and suppliers
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all level
- Self-motivated, proactive, confident and highly collaborative
