Job Description:
- Supervising workers; organizing and monitoring work flow
- Maintains workers by selecting, orienting, and training workers
- Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; monitoring progress; revising schedules; resolving problems
- Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing workers on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources
Job Requirements:
- 2-3 years working experience in shoe production
- Experience in similar role
- Chinese is preferable
