Job Description
Responsible for all received sale orders until export to buyers including:-
1. Prepare production documents and approved samples, follow-up all processes in factory to know what problem in production, solve arised problems with factory manager to control shipment in time.
2. Be in charge of raw material price structure, sourcing suppliers, co-operate with suppliers to track all shipments on time
3. Work correctively with factory, material control systems to comply with cost control.
4. Co-operate with Factory departments to check the consumptions of goods, work on processing contracts, Sales contracts
5. Be Responsible with factory and warehouse department for inventory control of materials in warehouse not over than 9 month.
6. Co-operate with accounting department to close order.
7. Make monthly intake /dispatch report of each item.
8. Acknowledge and monitor the consumptions of goods
9. Closely work with business partners including suppliers, customers, factories to carry out all projects smoothly.
10. Analyze and calculate costs to minimize product costs to hit customer price targets
11. Co-operate with MR team in Bangkok and Long An to work on projects
12. Contribute ideas on new products sourcing from factories or updated trends to R& D and sales team
13. Optimize sourcing procedure to attain maximum efficiency
14. Research and anticipate shifts in negotiating power of suppliers
15. Discover and partner with trustworthy vendors and suppliers
16. Determine quantity and timing of delivery
17. Other tasks assigned by Manager
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree
At least 5 year experience as Merchandiser in garment factory in Vietnam
Experience in coordinating among different functions;
Good communication as well as detail-focused, result-oriented, hard-working
Good command in English and Computer proficiency (Words, Excel, PPT and Outlook Express)
Accuracy and Strategic thinking
High responsibility and can do attitude
Interpersonal skills and good problem solver
