Cosmetics Sales Executive - HCM
Job Description
- Develop new business opportunities to meet trends.
- Help develop and implement strategic sales plans.
- Facilitate client requirements meetings – both in person and / or remotely using current online presentation applications.
- Report weekly sales forecasts.
- Develop market analysis to identify customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates.
- Stay current with client needs, competition, and industry trends.
- Deliver sales presentations / proposals to prospective clients with a successful closing rate.
- Develop and manage client & agency relationships.
- Evaluate accounts.
- Maintain active participation and membership in networking organizations
- Researches client base to find new types of customers and sells to them accordingly.
- Creates a plan for gaining customers and then retaining them based on warranties or guarantees.
Requirement
- Have 3+ years’ experience in cosmetic sales field.
- Have understanding of Vietnamese cosmetic market.
- Have experience for B2B, have B2C will be plus.
- Someone is able to suggest efficient marketing methods for our products.
- “Can do” attitude.
- Candidate has connection with distributors and retail shops and who can bring sales result from them.
