- Should be able to lead and manage HR function to ensure recruiting process, employee relationship, setup payroll, benefit and people development
- Define evaluation method for employee
- Set up man power requirement, development and career plan
- Ensure process communication between BOD and employees
- Ensure company follow Government regulation due to industrial relationship and employee regulation
- Should be able to manage GA function
- Salary 1200-1500$/month + Travel allowance + Bonus
