Mô tả công việc

Team management
- Lead and grow a team of recruitment consultants, interact with top management of client organizations in Manufacturing/ Industrial/FMCG/ IT/Tech.
- Manage and lead a team (2-3 consultant) to fulfill search assignments, oversee their individual accounts and meet assigned target/
- Coaching and develop the team members necessary skills in recruitment process, customer service and business development.
- Handling big job orders and conducting interviews or following up for proposals from key clients.

Business Development
- Active market the company/services to clients and candidates.
- Assist with division/company business development needs.
- Build up/ maintain good client relationship
- Work with client companies, find out their business, culture, their current and future recruitment needs, and develop business relationship with them.
- Ensure the recruitment process speed and result of candidate qualifications.
- Provide advice to both clients and candidates on salary, training and career path.

● Good communication, team player, comfortable dealing with middle management at large International and Vietnamese corporations
● Good command in English
