- Ensure that the projects running as the defined process
- Supporting PM on project planning and defining the project execution process
- Checking and supporting on quality control of the documents like requirement specification, design, test case, etc during the project execution
- Final inspection on the deliverables to ensure that the product’s quality is meeting with the expectation
- Measuring and analyzing the data to evaluate the product’s quality
- Meeting and reporting directly with the customers to ensure that the products and deliverables have high quality
- Sharing the knowledge and feedback with the team
- 3 times Bonus per year: Spring, Summer and Winter.
