- NIC's client - distributing mainly copiers, office equipment and security equipment and projectors.

- Maintain and enhance teamwork spirit to sales staff/managers by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training as well as counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring and appraising job results.
- Plan and propose the company target and margins by implementing sales/marketing strategies; analysing trends and results.
- Establish monthly/quarterly/yearly KPIs, sales budget for each sales department by products and/or territory/customers.
- Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors.
- Establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition and supply and demand.
- Closely monitor, hit/exceed the monthly/quarterly/yearly sales/profit targets for either each department or the whole company.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve the targets and expand customer base/product profile.

- Properly understand the competitive landscape and the market trend, customers’ demand to have timely business initiatives.
- Identify and solve client issues strategically.
- Communicate effectively with management and cross-functional teams for both sales and operational matters.
- Work with internal teams on behalf of clients to ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.
- Manage and implement the sales forecasting, planning and buyer driven sales and marketing processes, establishing high levels of quality, accuracy and process consistency for the sales and marketing organization.
- Timely reporting and analytics.
