Our client is a multidisciplinary construction consultancy
- Perform duties assigned by Design Director.
- Undertake architectural, schematic and concept design for assigned projects, with the ability to undertake design details (windows, doors etc) including preliminary design calculations, preliminary sketches/drawings, preliminary specifications and other required design information.
- Make amendments to the design as required.
- Undertake detailed design work on projects as required, and fully check and ensure designs are properly validated as per the approved design process.
- Produce architectural design briefs, documents, reports and specifications as required.
- Produce architectural drawings utilizing Revit
Job Requirements:
- Degree qualified in Architecture.
- Years of experience: min 2 years experience for Architect. Minimum 5 years for team leader.
- Previous experience working within an architectural design company..
- Advanced knowledge of AutoCad/REVIT
- 3D max skill is highly preferred.
- Intermediate knowledge of Design Standards in Asia and in Europe.
- Can communicate in English.
