• University Degree in Marketing, Business Administration and or equivalent
• With 5 years experiences in Brand Marketing/Channel Marketing & PR tasks in IT field.
• Mature and outgoing and able to establish rapport with people at all levels
• Self-motivated with excellent inter-personal communication skill
• High proficiency in both spoken and written English and Vietnamese
• Have ability to drive marketing & branding at strategic level (traditional & digital channel).
• Work closely with local distribution partners, key dealers & retail shops (External) and local sales teams in Hanoi and HCMC (Internal) to localize and execute range of strategic marketing programs, branding campaigns, training and activities to drive Branding awareness and sales revenue within the channel.
• Develop and execute quarterly/monthly marketing plan(s) to ensure business objectives are met and deliver consistent brand image & branding messages throughout Vietnam.
• Work and interact closely with on-line selling partners for continuous branding or promotional objectives.
• Drive marketing activities and increase branding by blending into Vietnam culture & consumer behaviors.
• Understand market opportunities and marketing needs, initiate & enforce joint-marketing programs with Channel Partners in Vietnam.
• Work closely with Taiwan counter-partner for corporate’s guidelines and budget control.
• Provide direct marketing support to Channel Partners to ensure all joint-marketing campaigns run smoothly.
• Weekly visits to retail channel for brand enhancement and marketing research.
• Monitor and work closely with Marketing/PR agency.
• Manage the production of all local marketing materials including POS, POP, brochures, etc.
