Good verbal and written communication skills in local language and English.
Good knowledge of fund development / marketing strategies
High interpersonal skills
Ability to the lead the team
Good computer skills
Innovative and ability to suggest and adapt new approaches
Willing to travel as and when required

Qualification & Experience:

Minimum desired qualification is Bachelors in Business Administration or a graduate with Diploma in business administration/marketing/communications. Master’s in Business Administration will be an added advantage
Should have minimum experience of 10-12 years or more in fund development, business development for corporates or non-profit organisations. People with business development experience in the corporate sector along with experience of guiding and leading the team may also apply.
Should have flair for writing donor communication material and funding proposals in a comprehensive language.
Exposure to the use of Direct Mail, Tele-marketing, Internet marketing etc. will be an advantage.
