- At least 5 experience years in the pesticide industry at equivalent position
- Knowledge of marketing including marketing strategies, competitive analysis, market research, product development, marketing.
- Communications and public relations.
- English fluently

- Ability to build up and maintain good relationship with customers.
- Time management and daily tasks priority skills.
- Able to work independently and under high pressure.
- Proactive, self-motivated and responsible for the tasks assigned.
- Teamwork spirit.
- Skilled in using Microsoft office ( Excel, word, power point) and know how to use software design (AI, photoshop....)
