NIC GROUP Family Day 2025 has officially concluded across all locations—from Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, and Binh Duong to Quy Nhon.
Although the program has ended, the warmth, joy, and meaningful emotions remain deeply cherished by every member of the NIC family.
Family Day is not just an event, nor simply a year-end celebration. It is a special occasion where the Board of Directors hopes that every employee - together with their loved ones—can truly feel that:

Looking back on the past year, it has been a journey of resilience, dedication, and continuous effort. Every role, whether at factories, offices, or across locations, represents an essential link contributing to the overall success of NIC GROUP.
Family Day is also a true “family reunion”—a moment to pause from work, reflect on the journey, express gratitude, and reconnect through sincere and heartfelt emotions.
One of the highlights of this year’s program was the “homegrown” performances. They may not have been perfect by formal standards, but they were perfect in the eyes of the audience. Laughter, applause, and enthusiastic support created unforgettable moments where everyone became the star of their own stage.
We also proudly honored our outstanding “NIC warriors” as a heartfelt recognition of their long-standing dedication:
- NIC HERO: Nguyen Duc Tung – Director of Binh Phuoc Factory
- Along with outstanding individuals and teams across the system—silent yet resilient stars contributing to the brilliance of NIC GROUP
- The “Dong Hanh” Division, living up to its name, secured Top 1 in the inter-division performance ranking
As Family Day comes to a close, we now look ahead to the journey forward.
