🎂 BIRTHDAY VIBES: A YEAR OLDER, A YEAR "HOTTER"
We kicked off with an incredibly warm atmosphere for the April birthdays. Amid the lively tunes, sweet cakes and thunderous applause were shared. The brightest smiles from our colleagues are the greatest gift, proving that we truly appreciate each individual. We wish all the "birthday stars" of April a year full of energy and success, continuing to live by the motto: "Work hard, play hard!"
🤝 NICEr TO MEET YOU: "NEWBIES" ON AIR
NIC GROUP continues to welcome new, talented team members in March and April. Their confident introductions, coupled with a warm reception from colleagues, helped our newcomers quickly align with the company culture. At NIC GROUP, we always provide space for new members to establish themselves and create a "NICE" working environment every day.

This is the most anticipated moment of the program – the Recognition and Awards Ceremony where we celebrate the top performers. March marked the end of a challenging quarter, but our "stars" proved their resilience with the mindset: Think creatively – Act proactively. The results today are not just numbers, but a source of inspiration that spreads throughout the entire system. Once again, a big "heart" for these warriors who shone brightly!
🌸 2026 SPRING JOURNEY REVIEW: CONNECTING TO ADVANCE
The most exciting part was the Recap of the 2026 Spring Journey. From the lush tea hills of Hoa Binh, the misty Mang Den, to the sunny Hồ Tràm and the blue waters of Thuy Tien, it was an invaluable spring season. The trip bridged all gaps, bringing departments closer together through handshakes and vibrant dance moments. These memories are the "fuel" we need to conquer the massive projects ahead.
